ITINERARY FOR 2010 FIBER ARTS TRIP TO TURKEY |

| 1 | Arrive in Istanbul and we will be met at the airport and our guide and tour Organizer will transfer us to our hotel, Divan City. Dinner and overnight at hotel. |  |
| 2 | After breakfast, we will visit the famous SPICE MARKET, also known as Egyptian Market. We will transfer to the pier to take a cruise along the BOSPHORUS, taking in the beauty of this spectacular waterway straddling the Anatolian and the European coasts of the city. After our cruise we will visit the CHORA CHURCH/MUSEUM with its incomparable mosaics. Lunch at DARUZZIYAFE. After Lunch we will visit the ROYAL DOLMABAHCE PALACE. Dinner at CIRAGAN PALACE. Return to overnight at hotel. |  |
| 3 | After breakfast, we will visit some of the best Byzantine and Ottoman treasures, such as the HIPPODROME square, the BLUE MOSQUE, and the HAGIA SOPHIA. After lunch at Topkapi Palace restaurant. we will visit the ROYAL TOPKAPI PALACE, then the famous, historic GRAND BAZAAR. Dinner at Nakkastepe Restaurant. Return to hotel and retire. |  |
| 4 | After breakfast depart for Ankara, the capital of Turkey. Lunch at Cengelhan Restaurant. Visit the fabulous ANATOLIAN CIVILIZATIONS MUSEUM, home to the artifacts dating from the Stone Age (50,000 BC– Middle Paleolithic Period) to 2nd century Roman Period. Transfer to Divan Ankara, dinner and overnight. |  |
| 5 | After breakfast visit Ataturk’s Mausoleum. Drive to Bolu-Abant. Lunch on the way at Koru Restaurant. Arrive in Abant and check in at Abant Hotel. Take a walking and horse and buggy tour around Lake Abant, famous for its many splendored shades of green and its surrounding lush forests. |  |
| 6 | After breakfast visit the village of Goynuk and enjoy it beautiful old Turkish houses. Lunch at a traditional old Turkish kitchen, watch our meal be prepared. Free time and shopping. Dinner and overnight at Abant Hotel. |  |
| 7 | After breakfast drive to SAFRANBOLU, lunch at Divrik Restaurant on the way. Safranbolu is famous for its most beautifully preserved old Turkish houses. Our hotel Havuzlu Konak is a great example of this art. The town of Safranbolu took its just place on the list of International Cultural Treasures. |  |
| 8 | After breakfast drive to beautiful town of Amasra by the Black Sea. Lunch at Canli Balik Restaurant. Shop at the typical, colorful bazaar in the town of Amasra, enjoy the local arts. Drive back by the famous Black Sea forests to Havuzlu Konak. Dinner and overnight at hotel. |  |
| 9 | After breakfast drive to SAPANCA. Check into thermal Gural Hotel. Spend a relaxing afternoon, swim in the thermal pools. Dinner and overnight at hotel. |  |
| 10 | After breakfast get to know Sapanca town, visit its colorful old Turkish mansions, like Kaymakam Konagi. Drive to Bursa, an old Ottoman city which once served as its capital. Turkey’s silk industry started in Bursa, which is still the center of its silk production. Dinner and overnight at Kervansaray Hotel. |  |
| 11 | After breakfast visit the famous GREEN MOSQUE, and the SILK MARKET. See the ULU MOSQUE in the center of the city. Return to hotel, relax with a swim in the thermal pools, take in a Turkish bath and massage. Dinner and overnight at hotel. |  |
| 12 | After breakfast drive to Canakkale. Visit the famous ruins of TROY. Dinner and overnight at Kolon Hotel. |  |
| 13 | After breakfast drive to Istanbul. Check in hotel. Free time. Dinner and over- night at hotel. |  |
